Give Southwark Council your feedback on how information is shared between your social care services
19/06/2018
Do you have experience using social care services? Do you think about how your information is being shared?
Southwark Council need to talk with people using social care services, about how information is shared between the staff involved in providing social care and health services.
What are the benefits of sharing your records? What are your concerns?
You will be giving this feedback by joining a panel the council have created, called the Citizens' Jury.
The aim is for service users to feel comfortable and confident with the type of information that is shared, who the information is shared with and why.
You will have an opportunity to:
- Hear from health and social care workers
- Discuss how you think services share your information to improve your care while protecting your privacy.
You have until 25th June, to join this panel and give invaluable feedback. Please fill out this short form, and send it to either chloe.wellings@southwark.gov.uk or ambrose.omoma@southwark.gov.uk.
You can also phone in your application.
