Southwark Wellbeing Hub change drop-in times & out of hours support
The Southwark Wellbeing Hub provides information and support for anyone in Southwark experiencing problems with their mental wellbeing, as well as helping the family, friends or carers of people who have mental health issues.
In order to better meet the ever-increasing demand of services and maintain the high level of support for the people of Southwark, the Hub have made a few changes to service delivery.
The online directory, peer support programme, self-management, activity groups & our wellbeing workshops won't be affected by this change.
How does this affect you?
From 26th March 2018, the Hub's Drop-ins will be on: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 1pm – 4pm.
You can still contact them via phone or email from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
There will be 6 x 30 min, face to face drop-in slots on each drop-in day for those who prefer face to face support, as well as 12 weeks of 1-1 support in the community for those who need more in-depth support.
There will also still be weekly pop-ups across the borough during the week.
Hub Opening Hours
The Southwark Wellbeing Hub has a mission to be available for all people who form the community of Southwark, and they would like your feedback to make this possible.
There are people who are unable to reach their services during the daytime between Monday to Friday, so they want to know when you would prefer them to be open. And also, what kind of service you would prefer the Hub to provide when they are open.
If you or someone you care for have ever experienced problems with their mental health or wellbeing we would appreciate you taking the time to complete the questionnaire.
are only 5 questions, so it only takes a few minutes to complete.
The more people that complete the questionnaire, the more the true voices of Southwark will be shaping the services to meet your needs.
