SLaM's Changing Lives strategy and film

15/05/2019

SLaM is focussd on supporting people to recover from mental illness and to help people to improve their lives.

As a large, diverse mental health trust providing local and national services, they aim to make a difference to lives by seeking excellence in all areas of mental health and wellbeing: prevention, care, recovery, education and research.

Changing Lives – this is SLaM's strategy to improve the lives of the people and communities they serve.

Their strategy is named 'Changing Lives' because everything they do is to help people improve their lives. They know this is what matters to their service users, carers, families, local communities and our passionate staff.

To achieve this SLaM are focused on the quality of their services, but they cannot do this alone. They need to work in partnership with people and communities; make the trust a great place to work to attract and retain the very best people. You can download their strategy and the summary version here.
