Free physical activity sessions for 16-25 experiencing signs of mental ill health


Up & Running  from July 14th, free weekly sessions will run every Saturday morning at 11am for a period of eight weeks.

Sessions include running and taster sessions in sports such as boxing, beginner gymnastics, capoeira, football, and parkour.

Join, have fun, meet new people! You can come to one session, or all eight... Up to you, no pressure.

These sessions will be based at either Burgess or Brockwell Park; last session September 1st 2018.

Come along if you are:

  • a young person aged 16-25 years living in Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and Croydon
  • experiencing signs of poor mental health regardless of whether currently in contact with mental health services.

 You are free to bring a friend or care-coordinator, especially if this will help you to feel more comfortable turning up.
