Partnerships Coordinator role

Role: Partnership Coordinator
Contract: 12-month contract (35 hours per week)
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Community Southwark in partnership with Healthwatch Lambeth and Healthwatch Southwark, is looking for a Partnership Coordinator to work with Lambeth and Southwark Strategic Partnership.

The Strategic Partnership works to develop more integrated care across Southwark and Lambeth. The Partnership is made up of local organisations working alongside citizens and communities. The organisations are local GP practices, Guy's & St Thomas' Hospital NHS Trust, Kings College Hospital NHS Trust, South London & Maudsley NHS Trust, Kings Health Partners, Southwark NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Lambeth NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, Southwark Council and Lambeth Council.

The role will be to support the Lambeth and Southwark Strategic Partnership in having a strategic and coordinated approach to more active engagement with diverse people and communities.

The successful candidate will support Healthwatch Southwark and Healthwatch Lambeth to be a member of the Partnership, and, in a spirit of collaboration, provide advice and challenge.

The role will work with the constituent partner organisations making up the Partnership and will have strong relationships with the partnership's Executive Manager, the Engagement Leads in partner organisations and the priority programme leads

In addition, the role will also work with the people and communities of Southwark and Lambeth to ensure they are enabled to play an equal role in the partnership.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about community engagement and user involvement as well as someone who can develop and maintain really good relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. This is a really exciting and challenging oppourtunity for someone to help influence integrated care across Lambeth and Southwark.
