MY HEALTH STORY: Helping local people living with chronic health conditions to tell their stories

05/04/2018

Do you live with multiple chronic conditions such as diabetes, rheumatism or depression? Do you live in Southwark or Lambeth?

Guys and St.Thomas Charity are looking for participants to take part in a creative project in April and May 2018 to share your story and learn new skills – no experience necessary and no age or mobility barriers.

The Charity is exploring how an urban environment, deprivation and diversity can combine to impact on people's health. My Health Story project will help the Charity to inform, and talk about, its programme of work.

What it consists of:

There will be an opportunity to join a free workshop with other local people, or work individually with professional help, to create your own 'digital story' (a mix of photography, video and audio) about your experiences.
