LGBQ Wellbeing Group

Date: 09 Jan 2018 - 17:30
Location: Denmark Hill, Camberwell, London SE5 8AZ

If you identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual (or another minority sexual orientation such as 'queer' or 'pansexual') and you are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression, you might find Talking Therapies LGBQ Wellbeing group helpful.

This group is designed to be a safe space for LGBQ people to learn about cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approaches to dealing with anxiety and low mood.

It is not necessary for a person's sexual orientation to be playing a role in their difficulties in order for them to attend and benefit from this group.

The group runs for 8 weekly sessions starting on: Tuesday 9th January 2018.

5.30 - 7pm at the Maudsley Hospital.
