Join a committee looking at the social and emotional wellbeing in primary and secondary education

08/05/2019

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) are looking for individuals, who will be referred to as 'lay members', to join their social and emotional wellbeing in primary and secondary education guideline committee.

They are looking people who have an understanding of social and emotional wellbeing in primary and secondary education and the issues important to children, young people, their parents and carers.

This understanding could have been gained:

  • through personal experience you have of social and emotional wellbeing in primary and secondary education
  • as a relative or unpaid carer of someone who has experience of social and emotional wellbeing in primary and secondary education
  • as an advocate, volunteer, or officer of a relevant charity or organisation.

You can find more information on the NICE wesbite, here.
