Get involved in Guys and St.Thomas' Community Medicine Project

15/01/2019

Most people are able to look after and take their own medicines at home without help.

However, some people may need extra help and support, for example, with remembering which medicine to take and when, opening the containers, or reading the labels.

What is the community medicines project?

A project to identify how people living in Southwark and Lambeth who require help with their medicines can be supported.

Share your own views and experiences:

  • What is your experience of support to take your medicines?
  • Do you have information about medicine support available locally?
  • How can Guys and St.Thomas' help?

They would be happy to attend your group to discuss the project and gain your views.
