Healthwatch Southwark's Social Prescribing Survey
We want to hear from people who have been given advice by their GP, or another health or care worker, to join in community activities.
We'd also like to hear from people with health conditions/disabilities who have not received this kind of help.
We want to learn more about how this is going in Southwark and you can help us by completing the survey below.
Would you like to be part of a small carer's focus group?
The experiences of unpaid carers so often go unheard.
We want to know what being a carer has been like for you.
Share your story with us over some refereshments at a small focus group.. We'd love to hear from you!
Please contact Bron or Rosa on 0207 358 7005.
Impact of Caring on Unpaid Carers
We know there are thousands of people in the borough looking after somebody else, and they don't always get a chance to be heard and supported.
If you are a carer, please have your say here.
